- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Purée
- 1/4 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Egg Whites
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients together with the exception of the chocolate chips. Then add in the wet ones and mix thoroughly. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spray a bread loaf pan and bake on 350 for 30-40 min, watching closely.
