Protein French Toast

  • Sugar Free Syrup
  • Fat-free Cool Whip
  • Blueberries


  1. Pre-heat griddle and spray with non-stick oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 scoop Optimal Solutions® Vanilla Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix, 3 large egg whites, 2 Tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 tsp Stevia and Cinnamon.
  3. Soak each slice of whole wheat bread in the mixture until it is completely absorbed by each side of the bread.
  4. Place the soaked bread on the skillet and cook until the bottoms start to appear golden.
  5. Flip the French toast, and cook thoroughly.
  6. Add your desired toppings, and enjoy!
