Cherry-Chamomile Bedtime Smoothie:
Ingredients: • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
• 2 Chamomile Tea Bags
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• 1/3 cup Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
• 1 cup cherries
• 1/3 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
• 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
• Handful of Ice
Directions: 1. Heat milk and tea bags in microwave. Cover and let tea seep for 10 minutes.
2. Once cooled, combine milk, tea, honey, oatmeal, cherries, yogurt and almond butter in large blender.
3. Add a handful of ice, blend on high and enjoy this delicious smoothie directly before bed.
