Vitamin B-1 (Thiamin), B-2 (Riboflavin) and B-3 (Niacin) are key B Vitamins with different structure functions. Look for supplements with Thiamin at 1.5+ mg per day for energy, carbohydrate metabolism and nervous system support. At 1.7+ mg per day, Riboflavin aids in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fat and energy, and also helps support normal vision.
